Two lovely DBL rooms in Tooting Bec £580 & £785pcm

We have two lovely double rooms available in our four bedroom maisonette in a gated residence in Tooting Bec. The rent is £580pcm for the smaller room and £785pcm for the larger room, and we’re currently paying £150 per month each for bills. The deposit is £670 with no agency fees.

A little bit about the rooms…

Both rooms come fully furnished and are south facing so it gets warm and sunny (when the weather permits!).

We are looking for two people who can move in from mid April, but can be flexible with dates.

A little bit about us:

We are two professionals working in medicine and travel. We lead independent lives but are sociable and enjoy the occasional dinner together or TV binge and odd glass of wine in the evening.

A little about the flat:

We have lived in the house for 3+ years as we love the flat and the area. We have a good landlord who is helpful with any problems we have in the flat.

It’s a four bedroom flat with a modern bathroom and kitchen and a shared lounge/dining room.

The bills are £150 per person per month and that covers all utilities, BT TV and internet, a fortnightly cleaner as well as some communal things for the house (eggs, milk, tea, detergent etc).
