The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite and 1 shared), a separate kitchen, a living room with a comfy sofa and dining table, and a large garden with a relaxing decking area! 😌

The property benefits from excellent transport connections, including a 10-minute walk to Tooting mainline station (Thameslink) and a 15-minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern line). 🚉

It is situated on a quiet residential street, within easy reach of the cafes, shops, bars, and restaurants of Tooting 🛍️🛒

You'll be sharing with four friendly, young female professionals:

- Renee (25) – Works in Operations. She loves running, hanging out with friends, pub quiz nights, and coffee!
- Minna (29) – Works in HR & Recruitment. Her hobbies include cheerleading, reading, art, and skiing.
- Wema (26) – Works in Events. She enjoys attending music gigs, reading, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
- Asma (22) – Graduate Trainee (currently in the application process for one of the rooms). She enjoys movies, going to the gym, hiking, reading, traveling, and baking.

Since all of our current tenants are female, they prefer to share the house with another female with a similar profile.🤵‍♀️

We believe it's essential for everyone to get along, so you'll have the opportunity to meet your prospective housemates before making a final decision. 💯

THE BILLS 💷
Your rent covers everything: gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, and TV license. We also provide a weekly cleaning service and an in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may arise. 🤌

We are a boutique property company specialising in homely house shares in SW London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home.
