The ground floor comprises a spacious living room (with ample seating and a dining area), a separate kitchen, and a large garden complete with a relaxing decking area—perfect for defined communal living. ☀️

The property benefits from excellent transport connections, including a 10-minute walk to Tooting mainline station (Thameslink) and a 15-minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern line). 🚉

- Renee (24): Likes running, hanging out with friends, pub quiz nights, and coffee!
- Micaela (23): Enjoys volleyball, running, gym (any sport!), reading, and hanging out with family/friends.

Since all current tenants are female and have a similar profile, they are keen to share the house with another compatible female. We believe great housemate chemistry is key, so you'll have the opportunity to meet everyone before moving in! ⭐

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👍
