Since all current tenants are female and have a similar profile, they are keen to share the house with another compatible female. We believe great housemate chemistry is key, so you'll have the opportunity to meet everyone before moving in! ⭐

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👍

We are a boutique property company specialising in homely house shares in SW London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home.

We are not an agency (more like a professional landlord). As such, we do not take a commission or charge any fees.
