We have a large double room with a private bathroom available in a cosy house on a lovely residential street, a short walk from Tooting mainline station (and 15 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway tube station). ✨

THE HOUSE 🏡
The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite plus 1 shared), a kitchen and dining/living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large garden with patio decking. 🤌

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘️
The house is located on a quiet residential street not far from cafes, shops, bars, and restaurants in Tooting. It's a 10-minute walk to Tooting mainline station (Thameslink) and a 15-minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern line).🚉

THE ROOM 🛏️
This bright and spacious double room is the perfect private retreat. It features a private bathroom, ample natural light, and comes fully equipped with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a side table with additional storage. It’s designed to be your ideal space to relax and recharge. 💆‍♀️

Please note that the sofa and coffee table have been removed at the current tenant's request to accommodate a desk and a chair. However, we can return them if you prefer.👍

THE HOUSEMATES 🏠
The house is currently home to four professional women, all in their 20s.

- Lilly (24): Loves shopping, coffee dates, wine, and chill nights in.
- Alys (24): Passionate about cooking, running, playing squash, and reading.
- Liv (25): Her main passions are competitive cheerleading, hitting the gym, and following Formula 1.
- Amy (24): Enjoys cooking, going for a run or swim, and watching movies.

Since this is an all-female house, we are specifically looking for another female housemate with a similar profile. We believe great housemate chemistry is key, so you'll have the opportunity to meet everyone before moving in. 💯

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👌

We are a boutique property company specialising in homely house shares in SW London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home.

We are not an agency (more like a professional landlord). As such, we do not take a commission or charge any fees.👏
