4 bedrooms in total and the flatmates are currently 2 guys and 2 girls aged between 26 and 31, with one room available from 18th October.

The rent is £1,100 a month, bills not included, bills come to less than £80 a month. Move in date is 18th October.

The room is a large double bedroom, with an en-suite and comes furnished except for a desk that belongs to the current housemate.

The house itself is large with a big kitchen dining area and a separate living room, it also comes with a large garden! It's 4 bedrooms in total and the flatmates staying are 2 guys & 1 girl aged 26-31. We all work Monday to Friday, are into socialising, travel and sports. Looking for a housemate who'll fit in easily and hang out with us from time to time down the pub!
