Kiwi Household seeking new housemate

We’re a bunch of easy going social Kiwis looking for a new housemate. Unfortunately the previous housemate is moving back to Ireland but we’re excited to welcome a new mate who is keen on joining us for a pint or two after work in the local pub.

They’re is 4 of us in the house, 2 kiwi girls and 1 kiwi couple. This room is an en-suite room with a lot of storage. The house has 4 bedrooms and a small office that has an air mattress for any visitors. We have a large open kitchen garden space that is great for hosting friends.

The rent is £990 plus bills. We are about a 15 min walk to Tooting Broadway station and 8 min walk to Tooting Overground. We have a Sainsbury’s local about 5 mins away and a Lidl about 8 mins away. Our local bar The Ramble is around 5 mins away.
