· Bills: Approx. £90 per month
· Council tax included; other bills are shared
Availability
· Flexible move-in: Early March
· The current housemate is relocating closer to her university (currently commuting around 1 hour each way) and is happy to coordinate her move-out date to suit the right person.

Late-night arrivals (after 11pm) or hospitality/night-shift working hours would not be a good fit.
