Short Term Let - Next To The Tube & Common!

My boyfriend Matt and I will soon have a large double room available in our Tooting Bec flat for 2-3 months. The room will be free from 21 July, but the tenancy doesn't have to start immediately.

It’s a ground floor flat 100m from the tube and 200m from Tooting Bec Common. We have a mini Sainsburys right next door, loads of shops, a Tescos and a Fitness First gym right on the junction. Just 8 minutes walk (1 tube stop from Tooting Broadway and Balham railway stations). It really is an amazing location!

Matt's 39, and manages a Mexican restaurant and a cocktail bar on Battersea Rise. He’s a busy bee, working most nights till 2, 3 or 4am. (He's very quiet, you won't notice him come home early doors). Sunday's his day off. He’s super laid-back, working and designing artwork for the bars on his laptop most of the time.

I’m a PA in social housing, and love languages, travelling and festivals. I have a busy social life with lots of friends in the area.

We’re looking to share for a few months with a nice, quiet, friendly guy age 35-50, who will respect the house (this is not a party house!). I'm likely to be made redundant shortly, so will need the rent short term to help towards my mortgage..

NO BIKES PLEASE (we have nowhere to keep them).
£900/mth, all bills and council tax included.
