My flatmate is leaving London and there is a large double room available in a second floor flat on a quiet residential street just a 5 minute walk from Tooting Bec station. Tooting common is at the other end of the street about a 2 minute walk away.

The room itself comes furnished with a king sized bed, one chest of drawers and a large double wardrobe with loads of storage space, There is also an office space with room for a desk available, situated just off the living room which is ideal if you work from home as it's totally separate from the bedroom. The living areas are shared, which include extra storage space in several cupboards/ shelves.

The rent is £950 per month, bills come to around £150 each. The room is available on 1st August 2024 . A new contact will be set up in place ahead of the move in date It would be a shared contract with a Landlord. The service and communication from the landlord has always been good and we are looking for someone who wishes to stay here a little while as supposed to a few months . The contract is an 18th contract with the standard break clause of 6mths.

A bit about me :-) I work full time in childcare and am looking for a sociable & mature female flatmate who wants to live somewhere they can call a home, rather than just a room.
I respect space and privacy whilst enjoying the shared space together or with own friends etc.. My interests -yoga, fitness , walking, music events and photography. .I also love a good comedy gig.
