Gorgeous room in a lovely house - very sad to be leaving this fantastic place, but I'm buying my own flat so looking for someone to take over my room from early / mid November.
The room is massive with lots of windows, so it's very light and bright. It comes furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and two wardrobes.
You'd be living with three others - 2 guys (Alex & Fraser) and 1 girl (Ally), all aged 30–34. The boys have their own bathrooms so you'd only be sharing a bathroom with Ally. Everyone is clean, tidy, and easygoing - not a party house. Ideal for someone who enjoys a chilled home environment but is up for the occasional trip to the pub.
We have a mix of working from home and office schedules, and with four floors, the house feels spacious with plenty of room for everyone.
The house also has a large, well-equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer and dishwasher, and on-street parking is available via Wandsworth Council.

Lovely quiet residential street
5-minute walk to Tooting Bec station
Very close to Tooting Common
Sainsbury’s 5 minutes away, Lidl also nearby
10-minute walk to Tooting Market

Bills: typically £140–£150 per month (includes gas, electric, water, council tax – Band E, and broadband)

The landlord is independent and genuinely great - very responsive and quick to fix any issues.
👤 Who We’re Looking For
Ideally looking for another girl to keep the house mixed!
📅 Move-in Date
We need someone who's able to take over the rental contract no later than 14th November - however, depending on how my flat purchase goes I may be able to move out sooner and would let you know if it's available early!
We're going to be hosting some viewings on the evenings of Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th October.
