Looking for a housemate to join our friendly and chill home in Tooting Bec from late Sept/October

This is a bright, renovated 3-bedroom apartment with a relaxed, cozy boho feel – best described as “home away from home.” We’re in our early 30s and have created a chilled vibe to relax from the busy London life and we’re looking for someone similar who is easygoing and tidy.

The room available is a double room with a single wardrobe, chest of drawers and under bed storage space.

We’re looking for:
• A clean, tidy, and respectful professional
• Someone considerate of shared spaces
• Ideally aged 26–36
• Non-smoker, no couples

Current housemates:
One male and one female – both friendly working professionals who enjoy sports, hiking, travelling, and the usual weekend activities. We get on well, and whilst we usually busy with our own things, we’re also up for a drink/meal etc every now and then.

• 3 double bedrooms (all with built-in wardrobes)
• 1 bathroom + 1 WC
• Spacious living/dining room
• Kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher
• Super-fast 150Mb fibre broadband (excellent upload & download speeds)
• Balcony
• Great natural light throughout

The apartment is located near Franciscan road (Tooting bec) with easy access to:
• Tooting Common – 1 minute walk
• Tooting Bec Station – 8 minute walk (Sainsbury’s on the way)
- Blueprint coffee - 1 min walk
• Tooting Market (40+ restaurants) – 10 minute walk
• Coffee shops, off-licence & pharmacy – 1 minute walk
• Rose & Crown pub – 2 minute walk
• The Gym – 10 mins from Tooting broadway
• Easy access to Balham, Clapham & Brixton

Important info:
• No couples
• A desk doesn’t fit in the bedroom, but you’re welcome to use the dining table for WFH
• Fortnightly cleaner

I’m Ideally looking for likeminded people who are clean, tidy, willing to treat the apartment as their own home and sensible when it comes to shared responsibilities/areas. I’ve renovated the apartment with a chilled cozy peaceful vibe, so would like to keep a relaxed atmosphere in the apartment as a nice ‘getaway’ from the busy London life.
