* 10 Minute walk away from Tooting High Street and Tooting Bec Tube station.

* Lovely landlady who is extremely "on it" with ad hoc fixes

* Don't let the number of housemates fool you, we are a social bunch but we keep the house clean, with a flexible rota for cleaning communal areas.

* As a house, we enjoy socialising together but also have our own work schedules, commitments, and hobbies, so you can be as involved or independent as you want.

* We enjoy playing pool, watching sports (Multiple tv set up in the lounge to allow for every game to be viewed), BBQs when the weather’s nice (this summer it ended up being a weekly occurrence) and the occasional pub or gig trip. One of us also has access to a free padel court in central too.

* Looking for someone who can stay until October 2027.

* Bills are not included but are split between 6, so very low and Wandsworth Council Tax, which is also extremely cheap.
