Double room available in a friendly 4 bed house, ideally located just a 2-minute walk from Tooting Bec tube station and around 10 minutes from Wandsworth Common station. Balham is also only a 10–15 minute walk away, with plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops nearby.

The house is in a safe, gated mews and has a large kitchen, spacious living room and a private patio.

The house is currently occupied by three friendly guys in their early 30s, and we’re looking for someone who’ll fit in well with the house. It’s a sociable but relaxed place, with everyone doing their own thing as well as having a drink or hanging out together from time to time.

The location is particularly well connected, with Tooting Bec Tube just around the corner, Wandsworth Common station nearby, and the 219 and 319 bus routes both easily accessible.

The room:

- Good-sized double bedroom
- 2 wardrobes and a chest of drawers
- Otherwise unfurnished
- Bed and mattress will be available to purchase when I move out

Rent: £890 per month + bills (approximately £100 per month)

There are three bathrooms in the property. The upstairs bathroom, with both a shower and bath, is shared with two other housemates. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite and there is a loo on the ground floor.

The tenancy will be restarted when the new tenant moves in. The deposit is £923.
