License to Occupy - Room in Tooting Bec

I am looking for someone to take over my license agreement for a single room in a 7 bed property in Tooting Bec.
The room available is furnished, with a double bed, desk and wardrobe.
There are 3 shared bathrooms, (1 full bathroom that has been recently refurbished, 1 bathroom with a shower and sink, 1 downstairs toilet) as well as a shared kitchen.

The property is around a 5-10 minute walk from Tooting Bec Underground, and has good transport links into the rest of Central London.

Please note that this is a license to occupy, not a tenancy agreement. The agreement must be up until at least 31/05/27, but could be extended further if you wish. References are required but the cost of this check is covered by me!
