£830/MONTH Double Room For Tenancy Takeover

RENT IS ACTUALLY £830/ month. Spare room not letting me set it lower than £850.

I’m moving out mid December to go travelling and am looking for someone to take over my double room.

It’s a 3 bed house and another housemate has found someone to take over his room in November/December time. Our mate Jack (27 m) will be staying so we are just looking for someone to take over my room now.

Rent is £830 a month and deposit is £960.

Three bed house with big living room and garden, WC on ground floor. Three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Jack has his own en-suite room.

I’ve got my own wfh setup downstairs in the living room.

Really good location on a fairly modern housing estate (mostly houses - no tower blocks). Estate is professionally managed and nicely landscaped with trees etc.

Tooting Bec tube on the northern line is about 10 min walk away. One of the first stops on the northern line, so usually a bit less packed than Clapham etc. at rush hour.

Tooting common pretty much next door, shops about 5 min walk away. Nearest pub is rose and crown.

Loads of restaurants, takeaways, shops and pubs down Tooting High Road and Tooting Market is unreal for food.

We’d be looking to sell some of the furniture ideally - some of it was shared when we bought it, some of it our own.

House is managed by an estate agent for the landlord - always been very responsive with any issues.

Neighbours either side are families - very friendly and have even let us borrow things when needed.

Resident permit parking is available on the estate for FREE and always loads of spaces about. Also a few streets 5 min walk away with free parking.

Garden is great in summer, kitchen is all modern kit, got all the pots, pans, cutlery etc so wouldn’t have to bring or buy any. Got an air fryer, toaster, kettle and rice cooker. Big 64 inch tv in living room.
