Hey! One of the rooms in our cosy Tooting flat has become available as our lovely flatmate is moving to be closer to work. We’re now looking for a friendly, clean, and sociable girl to join our home!

- Double bed
- Comes furnished with a bed frame, mattress, and built in wardobe, ready for you to move in and make it your own
- You’ll be sharing the communal bathroom with just one other flatmate

We’re a chilled and sociable household that enjoys spending time together - Sunday roasts, Netflix evenings, and good vibes but we also respect each other’s space. It’s a calm and homely environment, not a party house.

- Managed by Foxtons but we have direct communication with the landlord

- Me, a fabric buyer in fashion, and James, my partner who works as a filmmaker

We’re tidy, easygoing, and value a nice balance between socialising and downtime. We treat the flat like a home and enjoy a relaxed vibe.
