Friendly, easy-going, somewhat nerdy chap in the video game industry (though sadly between jobs at the moment), looking to rent out second bedroom of third floor flat.
Happy to hang out, always down for a pub quiz, but equally want to ensure you have your own space and downtime.
Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home full-time.

- Well-lit furnished double room with space for a desk / further furniture of your choosing.
- Private bathroom next door - effectively en-suite (as I have my own one).
- Shared kitchen with modern finish and appliances.
- Shared living room with table that can be extended to seat 8 (I currently have my desk set up in here but am open to moving things around so that you feel welcome too!)

🚅 Approximately 12 minute walk to Tooting Bec Underground Station for easy transport links into central.
🌳Quick and easy access to greenery with Tooting Common just the other side of the road! (There is also a small lawn behind the flat shared with others on the estate).
🚗 Your own parking space, plus a visitor parking space shared with me (my personal parking space is in use), so no need to struggle with the hassle of on-street parking should you have a car. (There are also bike sheds on the estate you can apply for but I have not gone through the process myself yet).
