Friendly Tooting home share, close to tube.

Hello!

We’re a friendly household of three — one male and two females, looking for a fourth housemate to join our home. Ideally, we’d like to welcome another male to keep the balance, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone who’s easygoing and a good fit!

While we all have our own social lives, we enjoy spending time together, whether that’s a casual hangout at home or a trip to the pub.

Our home is in a fantastic location — just a 3-minute walk from Tooting Bec tube station, with plenty of great amenities nearby.

The available room is a furnished double on the ground floor, featuring a fireplace detail. The house itself has two bathrooms (so no morning queues!) and we share a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, which extends out to our garden which is perfect for BBQs in summer (though it’s a little wild at the moment).

● Move-in date: 1st Feb, 2026

The contract runs until March 2026 and will be resigned for one year at a time as our landlord is considering selling the house, but this doesn’t necessarily mean we’ll have to move out then. Please note that monthly bills are not included in the price and are around £100 - £120 (gas/electricity, council tax, water, netflix, wifi, fortnightly cleaner).

A little about us: our profession's vary - we're one nutritionist, one photographer and one marketer. We all enjoy running, cooking and travelling.
