Friendly Tooting home share, close to tube.

Hi,

We are a girl and two guys looking for a fourth person to complete our home, ideally a girl. We all have our own social circles, but we also like spending time together, or going to the pub.

We live in a recently renovated house, 3 minutes walk from Tooting Bec tube station, with access to plenty of amenities.

The room is a furnished double, situated on the first floor, with fireplace detail. We have two showers and bathrooms so early morning queues are very rare! We also share a large living/dining/kitchen space incorporated in the rear, full-width, extension. This opens out onto our rear garden which comes equipped with garden furniture and a decent bbq that is greatly appreciated in summer! We also have a small guest room.

If this sounds up your street, please get in touch and we can arrange for you to come to view the house and meet us all. We are looking for someone to move in ideally as soon as possible.

The contract will be until March 2025, as our landlord is thinking about selling the house however, this doesn't mean we definitely have to move out then.
