Looking to sublet my room (Tooting Broadway SW17) for a short term Jan 2nd- Feb 20th
( approx 7 weeks). The dates are flexible- possible to stay until end of Feb.
Price:
£695 per month (£1250 for the whole time with the prorate)
OR £200 per week
I'm looking for someone (hopefully a plant lover) to come and stay in this beautiful room while I'm away on contract for about two months. It's just 5-10 minutes from Tooting Broadway station (Northern line) and High Street has absolutely everything you could ever need. The Market is incredible for restaurants and some cool nightlife too.
We're a house of artists and filmmakers, and the vibe is very chilled. We are looking for someone respectful, tidy, and kind.
The room comes with a big computer monitor, a big TV on the wall and a Simba Mattress on the bed. I will clear out all of the stuff in the photo except the furniture. It will be a lovely clear space for you.
The price includes absolutely everything (Rent, Water, Heating, TV license and Wifi). Please do not hesitate to message me if you have any more questions
