Cosy double room in share house

We are looking for someone to replace our housemate. 😊

Double room upstairs looking out over the garden. Gets the morning sun which is lovely. Shared spacious bathroom with 2 other housemates.

Spacious, homely and cosy lounge kitchen area shared with 4 other gorgeous and welcoming housemates (if we do say so ourselves). The kitchen leads into small back garden.

The house is a in a great location 5 minute walk to Tooting markets and a 10 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station. We have ALL the supermarkets you could ever want along with dozens of coffee shops, restaurants and retail stores nearby.

Housemates-
We love our house and to us it’s a home, and are looking for someone to share this with us. We each all have our individual schedules but love to spend time together when we can. Be this weekday evenings after work watching tv, or grabbing dinner on a weekend. We are looking for someone who has a warm personality and are clean and tidy! We are not a party house and respect each other’s time and privacy. As we would be hoping this could be your future home, we’d be happy for someone to come add some of their individuality to the house! We all get along like a house on fire and our home is a safe space for all.

We are looking for a person in their late 20's and early 30s who is fun, clean and considerate.

Rent and bills-
The rent for the room is £602, with around an additional £120 for bills a month, including council tax, gas, electric and internet, and water. We also have a cleaner who comes fortnightly to keep the place spic and span.
