Room in two bed flat in Tooting

I'm looking for someone to replace my flatmate who is moving out to live with her boyfriend.

An ideal place for someone who is tidy and chilled out, but who enjoys the occasional pub trip. I work 5 days a week in the office so it should be quiet for someone who works from home. I do have some early starts so it definitely isn't a party house. We do have a back garden which is great in the summer.

Close to both Tooting train station and Tooting Broadway underground, as well plenty of good cafés and a fantastic Indian restaurant.

All bills come to roughly £150 in winter. Landlord will carry out a credit check before signing contract.
