Description
I'm looking for someone to replace my flatmate who is moving out to live with her boyfriend.
I work 5 days a week in the office so it should be quiet for someone who works from home. Your room should fit a small desk. We also have a back garden which is great in the summer for having friends round.
Really close to both Tooting train station and Tooting Broadway underground, as well plenty of good cafés, pubs and a fantastic Indian restaurant.
Move in date is flexible but contract needs to be signed pre-13th May.
All bills come to roughly £150 in winter. Landlord will carry out a credit check before signing contract.
