Rent and bills are £1,100 for the 5.5week sublet and deposit is half of this at £550. I will move out all my things leaving a chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. I’m happy to provide bedsheets with the pillows and duvet.
Location is on a quiet street close to Tooting Broadway and Tooting station. Supermarkets are a 10min walk with a corner shop 2min walk way.
