Room to Rent in Tooting Broadway

Hi I’m Nanduni,

I’m going away to Australia for 1 month in December so will be subletting my en-suite room for a month from 8th December to 8th January.
Rent is £800 pcm and this is including bills.

The House:
- 4 bedroom house with separate living room and kitchen
- 1 toilet and 2 bathrooms (includes one en suite)
- 1 washing machine and tumble dryer

The room:
- *Move in roughly by Dec 8th!*
- Cosy en-suite room upstairs
- Includes a double bed, clothes rack and 2 mirrors (one full length)
- En suite has shower
- Small room, best suited for those who don't need a WFH setup
- Clothing wrack in corridor upstairs for extra space

The area:
- 5 mins walk to Tooting Broadway station, 15 min walk to Tooting common (we usually go for a 5k run here together during the summer)
- Lots of shops on the High Street including Primark, TKMaxx, Charity shops, Superdrug, Boots etc.
- 5-10 mins walking distance to Sainsburys, Tesco, and Savers
- 5 mins walk to Tooting and Broadway Markets - perfect for food and drinks
- Lots of pubs nearby, including The Selkirk pub which is a 1 min walk from our house.

Important bits:
- Rent is £800 and bills come to <£100 but will be included for the 1 month sublet!
