Houseshare in a quiet street - Tooting Broadway

Hi!

Lola and I (Claire) are moving out of our house for professional opportunities. Tom and Alex, the remaining housemates, are looking for 2 people to share their home with :)

Your new housemates:

Tom and Alex are both final-year medical students at St George's. They are friendly and social, enjoy doing things as a house, and are clean and tidy. They look forward to meeting you!

The area:

6 minutes' walk from Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) and with lots of buses nearby, the house is in a very quiet and cute street. If you walk a few metres, you'll end up on Upper Tooting Road.

From the famous Tooting Market, and tons of pubs and shops (including a great Lidl 2 minutes away), to the nearby commons (Wandsworth and Tooting), the area is both vibrant and calm from one street to the next.

Your home:

The house itself has 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, a patio, a living room and 4 bedrooms. Both available rooms are on the first floor of the house.

The house is rented unfurnished, but both of us would like to sell you our furniture at a nice price.

Room number 1:
Smallest one
£700 per month
Furniture: desk, desk chair, bed, mattress, chest of drawers. There is a wardrobe right outside the bedroom.

Room number 2:
Largest one
£800 per month
Furniture: desk, desk chair, bed, mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, blackout curtains.

Bills are about £15 a month and include electricity, water and wifi.

Students and non-students welcome. However, since Tom and Alex are both students, please note that they can't afford to share a council with non-students.
Also, please note that the real estate agency asks for UK-based guarantors.
