Double room with patio and rooftop

Hello! I’m moving out of this flat after nearly 2 years as I’m buying my own place, so I’m looking for a replacement for my room. Still not 100% sure on exact dates but I can be somewhat flexible.

Room
Double room, comes with the bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, bedside table and chest of drawers. There’s access from the room to a little private patio.

Flat
2 bed, ground floor flat, shared with one other person. Large living area, one bathroom and one additional toilet. It’s a gated block and there’s a rooftop that all the flats have access to (sunset view in photos!). Neighbours are friendly and look out for each other.

The price advertised is as of Jan 2027 (last increased in Jan 2025). Overall they’re good landlords. You will be required to provide details of a guarantor.

Bills come to maybe £150 a month on average.

Area
Less than a 5 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station for the northern line. Thameslink is about a 15 minute walk away also. There are multiple gyms within a 10 min walk and loads of food places to try.

Flatmate
My flatmate will be staying in the flat, she’s got a background in finance and is currently studying for her masters. Ideally looking for another girl who is friendly and clean!
