Ideal move in date: November 1st to November 8th

Rent: £1100 pm

Bills: approx £120pm (inc cleaner once a month)

- 10 min walk to Tooting Broadway tube (Northern Line)
- 5 min walk to Tooting Station (Thameslink)
- 5min walk to Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Tesco

🏠 The house:
- 3 bed, your room is a double with build in wardrobe
- living room with pull out couch (perfect in case you’ve got visitors staying or feel like slothing)
- gorgeous open plan kitchen/dining with a massive gas stove
- big downstairs garden
- large sun terrace
- bathroom with high spec fittings and bath (only sharing with one person!)

👯‍♀️The housemates:
- Kristy: 36, works in finance events (remote), loves the gym, a bit of Pilates and drinking too many wines.
- Sue: 37, works in sales (in office 4 days pw), favourite pastimes include gigs, wine and sleeping for 12 hours.
- Milo: 4, freelance stick chaser, loves running, playing and couch cuddles.
