Lovely attic room in maisonette Tooting Broadway

Hello! I’m looking for a flatmate/lodger to take on a short term let in my beautiful flat on Mellison Road in Tooting Broadway.

The flat is on a lovely and quiet residential road but just a couple of minutes away from Mitcham Road and Tooting High St, where there are lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The northern line is a 5 min walk and Tooting Common is about 15 mins.

The room is a double attic bedroom and is really bright. There is lots of extra storage in the eaves (which I also use but there is plenty of space). There is also a study where you’ll be able to work if you need.

I’m very clean and tidy and looking for someone who will help me keep the space looking nice. I pay for a biweekly cleaner too which is included in the rent cost.

I spend most of my free time cycling, knitting, cooking, at the pub, or out for dinner with friends. I consider myself to be easy going and friendly.

The room is currently available until the end of January (with a possible extension TBC).
