Hi! I’m moving out of London so looking to fill my room in a spacious house in Tooting Broadway.
About the House:
4 bed, 3 bathroom house with open plan kitchen, dining, living room and sunny garden.
Location is 10 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway Tube, 15 mins to Tooting Common and Tooting train station with a Tesco Express and Snap Fitness at the end of the road.
Bills inc. water, council tax, gas, electric and TV Licence come to £99 per month
About the Room:
The room is a spacious double with built in storage and large skylights with black out blinds. There is a shower room across the hall way that will only really be used by you. There is also loft storage and a large shared spare room next door that can be used for additional storage and wardrobe space, work from home set up and drying clothes - making the bedroom itself really nice for just relaxing.
About the Housemates:
You’d be sharing with Rachel (31), Amber (31) and Lauren (34). Amber and Lauren are both primary school teachers so work outside the house during the week and Rachel works from home for London College of Fashion.
It’s a really chill house with everyone very happy doing their own thing but come together occasionally for drinks and just generally very friendly and chatty when cooking and chilling in the living room.
