We’re looking for a guy (preferred) to come and join us in our lovely Tooting home!
About the room/house:
- good size ground floor room with en-suite
- modern, well maintained kitchen
- large outdoor area ideal in the summer for BBQs with spacious outhouse we use as a tv room
- Rent £745, bills approx. £85 per month
🚇 well-connected, approx. 8 minute walk to Tooting Broadway and Tooting train stations
🛒 near to shiny new M&S Foodhall(!), big & little Sainsbury’s, little Tesco and Aldi
☕️ loads of great coffee shops, brunch spots, pubs and Tooting’s food markets nearby
🌱 Tooting common a 15 minute walk away

- Super friendly, social and easy-going house. All active and like to do the occasional drinks/house dinner
- Looking for a similar-minded person to join us! As there are a few of us in the house, important that you keep communal areas clean & tidy and stick to the cleaning rota 🫧
