Big double upstairs at the back of the flat, so it's quiet. It's unfurnished, but our current flatmate is moving and would potentially be open to selling some of his furniture.

The flat's a duplex and there's loads of space. Shared kitchen and living room, one good sized bathroom with a shower, and a separate one with just a toilet.

Tooting Broadway station is under a five minute walk, same for the supermarket and Tooting Market.

Bills work out around £150 a month, slightly less in summer when the heating's off. That's everything including fast wifi and a cleaner who does all the communal areas twice a month.

Us

Jake runs a sustainability business and works from home most days, so he's around in the day a fair bit. Likes cooking, music and Arsenal. Big fan of a relaxed evening at home but also partial to the pub or a decent night out.

Joe's a set designer for TV and film so he's out the house most days. Into music, football, F1 and carpentry, also enjoys a relaxed night in but he's the one more likely to be out on a Friday.

We're best mates and have been for over 20 years, so the flat's got a good feel to it already.

Clean, easy going, got your life together. Happy with either a male or female flatmate, ideally close in age to us. We like a calm flat most of the time with the occasional proper night out or night in. Someone who's up for a chat in the kitchen but has their own thing going on too and definitely enjoys music in their life.
