🏠 The house

A lovely big house with 4 bedrooms. It has a large living area, dining room, kitchen and big garden and patio ! There are two bathrooms so plenty for 4 of us!

🛏 The room

The double room is £1,100 month, with bills currently coming to £50 a month.

🏙 The location

Really good spot in Tooting Broadway on a nice residential street off the main road, under 10 mins walk to TB Tube station and Big Sainsbury’s. Lidl also in walking distance. On street parking with permit can be applied for.
Lots of pubs and tooting market close by!

👯‍♀️ The housemates

You would be living with 3 lovely housemates - 1 girl and 2 guys. Me (Jess, 28, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿) and two lovely lads (Matt, 29, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 and Isaac, 24, 🇳🇿) We’re all working professionals with a mixture of WFH and office.

We’re a friendly house who like to hang out and watch tv together (usually love island) or have bbq’s in our back yard! Its a nice homely feel where you can get home and yap about your day. Equally we all have our own friendship groups and there’s never issues in having friends over/hosting

We all met on facebook when spare room hunting and only moved in May this year. So just want someone who fits our chill, friendly and sociable vibe!
