Hi there! I am looking for a friendly, clean, independent and respectful professional or student to rent a spare room in my home.
The room is in a 4-bedroom home split over three floors, located on a quiet residential road 5 minutes from Tooting Market, local shops, coffee shops and other local amenities, including Tooting Bec Common.
You’ll be sharing a bright, well-maintained family bathroom (with both shower and bath) (pictured) - I have my own separate bathroom.
Tooting Broadway underground station (Northern line, Zone 3) is only a 7 minute walk away, providing easy transport links to the London Bridge, the City and the West End.
The area is well-served by night buses and the Northern Line runs 24 hours on weekends - ideal for London living.
This is not a party house. Friends are very welcome to visit, but overnight stays and couples are not allowed.
