Hi there! I am looking for a friendly, clean, independent, respectful professional /student to rent my spare room.
The house is a 4 bedroom house split over 3 floors. The house is situate on a quiet residential road 5 minutes from Tooting Market and other local amenities.

There is a family bathroom with shower and bath which is shared (see image). I have my own bathroom

Tooting Broadway underground station (Northern line - Zone 3) is a 7 minute walk away, providing easy transport links to the London Bridge, the City and West End.

There is an excellent night bus service with the added bonus of the Northern line running 24 hours at the weekend.

I do enjoy watching trash TV over a bottle of wine and fish n chips.

Hoping for a friendly housemate to maybe share the odd glass or wine/go to the local pub for quiz night. My daughter is currently at university and pops home every now and then.

This is not a party house. Friends are welcome to visit, but not to stay overnight.
