Hi there! I am looking for a friendly, clean, independent, respectful professional /student to rent my spare room.

My home is situate on a quiet residential road 5 minutes from Tooting Market. St George’s Hospital is within easy walking distance - My last few housemates have been in the medical profession found the location ideal giving easy access to St George’s, St Thomas’, Guys and UCH. Tooting Bec Common (Park Run) with its lido and running track is half a mile away.

Tooting Broadway underground station (Northern line - Zone 3) is a 7 minute walk away, providing easy transport links to the London Bridge, the City and West End.

There is an excellent night bus service with the added bonus of the Northern line running 24 hours at the weekend.

This is not a party house. However I’m not adverse to sharing the odd meal or a glass of wine whilst watching trash TV.

I am looking for an independent who wants a home away from home to come to at the end of a working day.

The house has a kitchen, dining room, living room, shared bathroom ( I have my own bathroom) . The kitchen has a microwave, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, plus washing machine and dryer in utility area.

There is Sky, Netflix (also in the bedroom) and wifi in the house.
