I am looking for a housemate to move in from June 1st. The property is in Tooting Broadway, a short walk to the underground (Northern line) and the over ground station. The apartment is located just off Tooting high street, in a peaceful, quiet gated estate with the river Graveny running through it, giving lovely meditative water vibes.

The room is £990pcm plus bills and the deposit is only £300. No short term offers, long term tenants only please.

I'm looking for someone who gets on with myself and my housemate James. We are both professionals, I'm an artist and he works in tech. I'm looking for someone easy going, tidy (very important) and respectful. I'm not looking for couples or pets I'm afraid, although I do have a cat here, Mr Tybalt.

My bedroom, art studio and communal kitchen is on the ground floor and upstairs there is a living room with two work desk spaces and two bedrooms. Shower / toilet on both floors, upstairs also has a bath.
