We are 10 minutes from the bus stop to Tooting Broadway and also the overland train to Sutton or St Albans. St Georges hospital is approximately 20 minutes (walking) and Tooting Broadway is 15 minutes.
The two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette on the first floor are shared by each of two tenants.
The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 plate small cooker and small fridge. Cutlery and crockery is provided. Washing up of dishes will be downstairs in the main kitchen.
My husband and I occupy the ground floor and have our own bathroom.
We have a small back garden with a deck.
