Large bedroom to rent in extension of house share

This large double room is located in the ground-floor extension of our house with a live-in landlord (my mum), myself (daughter), and our friendly cat, Monty.

It has access to the ground-floor bathroom with a modern shower (shared with myself). As shown in the pictures, the bedroom comes with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a glass side table. It’s located behind the sun room and garden so plenty of natural light comes in.

There is a well-fitted kitchen towards the rear of the house that is also shared with me, which includes a fridge, oven, stove, air fryer and fitted cupboards. The washing machine is available to use whenever you need in the larger kitchen used by my mum.

The house is located opposite the W4 bus stop which makes commuting easy. There is less than a 20-minute bus ride from Turnpike Lane and Seven Sisters, walking is about the same time but there are also loads of Lime Bikes (or storage for your own) if you want to get around a bit quicker. There’s also two parks located less than ten minutes away from the house for running, walks, or just a bit of greenery.

- Post office and laundrette, and large convenience store less than 5 min walk
- Well known pubs and restaurants within a 20 min walk
- Close to Tottenham Hale to get in/ out of London quickly

The room is £850 per calendar month, with some bills and wifi.
