Quiet room in an eclectic home

Generous double in a 3 bed house sharing with my brother and myself. My brother generally keeps to himself and has his own bathroom so probably won't see him a lot. I'm a wildlife conservationist/vet currently doing a PhD. I work away at times so at times it might feel like you are on your own, but when I am home I work from home so will be there a lot - so you would need to be equally comfortable with both scenarios.

There is a large kitchen, with a big table, suitable for hosting dinner parties etc. and a seperate fridge for your use. Plus a cosy sitting room with a wood burner and projector.

Bike storage at the front and a peaceful wildlife friendly garden at the back, with space to grow your own veg should you be so inclined,

Rent is inclusive of all bills including council tax (band D) and we have fortnightly cleaner for the common areas.
