I’ve got a lovely, spacious double room available from 1st November in a modern, well-maintained house in Tottenham, near Bruce Grove and Harringay.

The rent is £800 per month for one person, plus bills, which are shared equally between everyone living in the house. Bills include gas, electricity, water, Council Tax and super-fast 5Gb WiFi.

The house is spacious, comfortable and very well looked after. We have a fully equipped kitchen, shared living areas, two bathrooms and even a jacuzzi, which is great during the summer!

There are four of us in total when all the rooms are occupied, including myself. I live on the second floor and have my own private en-suite bathroom, so the main bathroom on the first floor is shared only between the other housemates.

We also have a separate guest bedroom for occasional visits, which is really handy if you have family or friends coming to London for a few days.

We’re a friendly and respectful household, and one thing that’s really important to us is keeping the house clean and tidy, especially the kitchen, bathrooms and shared areas. We’re looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and happy to live in a nice, relaxed environment where everyone respects each other.

We’re also pet-friendly! 🐶🐱 Cats and dogs are welcome, although an additional monthly charge may apply if you have pets. This can be discussed and agreed privately depending on your pet.
