Currently living here are myself, my girlfriend, and another Italian guy. We’re all currently working, studying, and going to the gym. We truly live a healthy, calm, and safe lifestyle – which means no drugs and no alcohol. So if you’re not a quiet and respectful person, this house simply won’t be the right fit for you.

We are looking only and exclusively for clean, tidy, serious, and professional people who respect the house and everyone living in it. We always clean straight after eating and expect the same level of cleanliness and care from any new housemate.

Bills are not included, and are shared every 4 weeks.
