Bright double room inc garden, Tottenham £630pcm

We're three women looking for a fourth housemate from 5 Oct 2026. Between us, we work across the education, creative and charity industries. We are friends who socialise together, but also enjoy doing our own thing. In an evening, we can sometimes watch movies, go to the pub for a drink, cook or have people over for dinner every so often.

The room is a medium double that comes unfurnished (so you would need to bring your own bed frame + mattress). There is a built in wardrobe and desk that comes with the room. The house has a large garden, living room and kitchen with dining table. There is loads of natural light throughout the house.

Rent is £630pcm without bills. Bills come to roughly £130 a month and deposit is approx £750 (split equally 4 ways across the house).

We're a majority POC , queer friendly , pro-palestine household and would love someone who aligns. Someone who's happy to be part of the home and comfortable with a sociable house. We’re looking for someone who sees this as more than just a bed to crash in, someone who wants to chip in, keep things tidy, and share a home.

We're really close to Northumberland Park station, less than a 5 min walk. Also, Tottenham High Rd and Tottenham Hale station are both walking distance away, with all the shops and amenities and tube/overground. Great buses on our doorstep as well (476/341/318) and even more from the High Rd. The garden has space for bike storage if you need it. There is a little Tescos 5 min walk from the house, next to Northumberland Pk Station. There is a big Sainsbury’s + Argos 10 min walk at Hotspurs Stadium and Aldi + ASDA on Tottenham High Rd approx 15 min walk.
