Economical nice small single room in lovely place

We are looking for a relaxed flatmate to take a small single room in the in the flat. Preferably someone in our age group so between 28 to 45.

The room is small room but still nice and the place generally is lovely and homely.. As it is small the rent on this room is very cheap but there is still plenty of room in it for the bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers- its not a broom cupboard unlike some advertised "small" rooms!!!! which are really box rooms.

There is also a spacious living room and kitchen in the flat.

Ideally we would prefer a working person as I have to get up early for work. also we prefer to have a clean and tidy place. Other then this we do not mind as long as you are reasonably sociable and enjoy living in a chilled out place.

Transport wise it is a doddle. it is abt 10 mins walk to seven sisters Victoria line tube and overground (16 mins to Liverpool street). there are also loads of very regular buses to west end and city which stop at bottom of road (341, 253 etc). also about 12 mins walk is turnpike lane (5 mins on bus) Piccadilly line.

bills are in addition but please discuss when uyou come as they are changing all the time these days .

Although there is no garden there are 2 lovely parks moments away and also a great leisure centre with pool 5 mins walk away which opens again shortly!!.

the move in date is 1 January but may possibly be earlier

although the room is cheap we are not looking for a person who just wants a cheap crash pad but a person who will enjoy living in a nice sociable place.
