I’m a *live out* landlord looking for someone to rent a spacious bedroom in my lovely two-bedroom flat, a little hidden gem in the city with beautiful river views from the bedrooms, open plan living room and kitchen/dining area, and has a shared bathroom with one other flatmate. It’s on the second floor, accessible via two flights of stairs, and there’s also access to a communal garden, and parking.

The room is spacious and furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, bedside tables, a small desk area and a sliding-door wardrobe. As you enter the room, there’s a walk-through wardrobe area with two clothes rails and open shelving on either side, providing plenty of space for clothes and everyday belongings. The bedroom overlooks the river, offering lovely views and a peaceful atmosphere

📍 Location & Transport
The flat is around a 5–10-minute walk from Tottenham Hale station, on the Victoria line, one of London’s fastest Tube lines. It’s very well connected, with easy rail access to central London, Stratford, Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport.

10 minute walk from Blackhorse Road, with overground trains westbound to Gospel Oak and eastbound to Barking Riverside.

Opposite the flat is a canal and the River Lee Navigation towpath, a traffic-free cycle and pedestrian route running south toward Hackney Wick, Stratford, and the Olympic Park, and north toward Ponders End, Waltham Abbey, and Hertford.

Despite being so well connected, the flat is wonderfully peaceful and quiet, the perfect balance between city life and a quiet escape.
