I am looking to sublet my spacious 1 bed 1 bath apartment with private balcony in a newly built property in Tottenham Hale.
It's a 2 min walk from Tottenham Hale tube station (Victoria Line). This makes it ~18 min away from Kings Cross and 16 min away from Stratford via public transport. Several popular grocery stores including Tesco, Asda Express, Lidl and Iceland are within 4-6 min walking distance. Tottenham retail park (with TkMaxx, Next, Boots, B&M) is also very close by for some household and clothing shopping. The building itself has a Starbucks cafe and an Anytime Fitness gym (subscription required) downstairs.
The apartment is a fully furnished one with a private toilet, kitchen and balcony. It also comes fully furnished.
The sublet is available starting from 5 December 2024. Ideal duration is 2 months but we can discuss a longer stay, if needed.
The bedroom has a WFH setup and a king size bed. No wardrobe available for the occupant however a chest of drawers available for storage needs.
