Bright Double Room with Weekend Privacy

We are offering a comfortable, bright double room in a well cared for three bedroom home near Tottenham Hale. The space has a warm, calm feel and suits a professional who wants an easy, respectful place to live during the week and a relaxed, predictable weekend environment. We are also open to a couple sharing for a slightly adjusted rent.

The Home

The house has a modern kitchen, a cosy living area, and is kept clean and well organised. You will be living with one other weekday lodger who keeps to themselves, works long hours, and contributes to the peaceful atmosphere.

We also have a small room that we keep for use on occasion during the week for 1 or 2 nights. At weekends we may stay ourselves or have friends visit on occasion. We always communicate plans in advance so you know exactly what to expect. If you ever need the space for guests, we’re happy to discuss it.

Just a short walk to Tottenham Hale station an interchange offering both National Rail and London Underground services. The Victoria line Tube runs through Tottenham Hale, providing frequent services to central London, ideal if you commute for work.

National Rail services run from Tottenham Hale on the West Anglia Main Line (and also via the Stansted Express), giving you fast rail links to key destinations including central London (London Liverpool Street - which takes 14 mins), and useful connections further afield.
