Lovely double room in Tottenham Hale

Our lovely housemate is moving to be closer to work so we are looking for someone to take over her room.

About the house:

The house is lovely with a separate dining room and living room and a garden which we take care of together. It’s in an ideal location, about a 10 min walk to Tottenham Hale station (Victoria Line) and Bruce Grove overground station. There are plenty of shops nearby including Aldi, Asda and Lidl, as well as cute cafes and pubs. Walthamstow’s Wetlands are also just around the corner!

About us:

We are three girls between 26-29. Susie is a violinist, Ellie is a singer and Aurelia is a human rights lawyer. We are usually busy with our own things but try to organise house dinners when our schedules allow and often catch up in the kitchen at the end of the day.

What we’re looking for:

We would love another girl around our age who is friendly, clean and respectful. We have worked hard to make our house homely and cosy, and like to keep it tidy, so are looking for someone similar. As Susie and Ellie regularly practice at home, we are looking for someone who won’t mind this. Other musicians are welcome (although not a requirement ;)).

Important bits:

The rent is £675 per month, bills are around £80-£90 per month including council tax. We are looking for someone to move in on the 5th of December.
