Tottenham Hale House nice Garden + Lounge, 2 bath

Hi we are looking for a new housemate for a lovely house.

We all get on really well we sometimes have meals together and socialise and hang out in the garden. The house has a cleaner once a week we looking for someone who is respectful and will be a good fit for the rest of the house.

The room the rooms are quite big so we are happy to have someone who has their partner stay over a few times during the week but no couples.

5 minutes walking from Tottenham Hale Victoria Line overground station. Two bathrooms garden kitchen lounge high-speed broadband and printer. Very close to central London and 13 minutes to Oxford Circus on Ok the train
The house has 4 double bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large storage cupboard with bicycle storage under the stairs. There is a large open plan lounge kitchen and a spacious rear garden. It's been newly renovated and has been insulated very well and has double glazing windows and doors throughout the property.

As we all work full time an agent will be handing the viewings for us..
