I have a double ensuite room available for rent next to Totteridge and Whetstone Tube station in a beautiful zen house.

The house is fully modernised and newly decorated with a beautiful and well maintained garden which you are welcome to enjoy.

The minimum let is 6 months. If you are looking for less than six months there I’ll be an additional fee please message me beforehand).

Included in your rent:

- Bills (council tax, gas, electric, water)
- High Speed fibre broadband
- Use of private garden
- Brand new hybrid memory foam mattresses
- Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, all modern appliances in kitchen, hairdryer, duvets, pillows, towels
- Air fryer, electric pressure cooker, Nespresso coffee maker
- Gas safety upto date
- Parking in Driveway (extra £60/month)

I have a cat who is with me when I’m not travelling, otherwise he stays with my parents nearby. If you like cats he’s very friendly and loves to play :)

Unfortunately guests, pets and partners are not permitted to stay. Rooms are for one person only, no couples.

Viewings are welcome either by video or remotely.

About the rooms:

- Double room with large wardrobes, ensuite shower and small double bed and desk
at £1280/m.

It’s a small double bed because the fitted wardrobes take up more space so this is a good option if you need more storage.

About me:

I am 39 female and I have lived alone here for 15 years. I work from home as a therapist seeing clients on zoom. I travel often and am looking to rent out some rooms in my house. I will keep a room for myself so when I’m in London I will also be living here. I enjoy art, gardening, music and reading.

About the area:

The area is amazing beautiful part of north London with easy access to central London (25 mins on the tube). There are lots of shops and supermarkets nearby, a new pilates studio, a padel court and a gym within ten mins walk and lots of green spaces to enjoy.

There are 3 supermarkets, a Waitrose behind my house, Marks and Spencer and Asda Express as well as a French Bakery and lots of coffee shops.

North Finchley is 15-20 mins walk or a 10 min bus ride and there’s plenty of shops there and also an Aldi.

You can easily take the northern line to Highgate Woods, Hampstead Heath or into central London.

About the house share:
- You will be sharing the house with myself (when I’m in London) one guy (finance professional) and one girl (teacher)
