Central London Penthouse (Tower Hill) with ensuite

My current lodger is moving out at the end of September and I am looking for a new housemate. Ideally looking for a move in date around 20th September, although I can be flexible to suit your needs as required.

The property is a 2 bed, 2 bath, relatively new build penthouse apartment (circa 2016). There is a large kitchen with numerous appliances including dishwasher, induction hobs, toaster, large oven/grill etc. There’s also a big lounge area with a 65” OLED TV and Netflix/Amazon Prime included.

Your bedroom is spacious and fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and side tables. There is room for a desk and chair if required. You also have your own separate bathroom.

Transport: We are a short walk (5 min) from Tower Hill Tube Station and a 20 min walk to Bank/centre of the City. There’s also numerous bus options right outside on East Smithfield.

Amenities: Plenty of good coffee houses/pubs/bars/restaurants close to the flat and also the marina at St Kathryns Dock where there are some excellent river walks. There is a huge Waitrose nearby and also a Tesco Express. Shoreditch is only a 20 minute walk away.

I work in finance in the city and enjoy playing squash in my free time as well as fine dining, going to art galleries, watching football and out for drinks. I’m usually at the office 3-4 days a week and seeing girlfriend/friends, exploring or away travelling at the weekends. Also partial to a movie from time to time.

Minimum length of stay is 6 months although ideally looking for a long term tenant where the place feels like a real home for you.
