Description
Hi! We're looking for a new flatmate to join us, preferably of a similar age but we're flexible. There are currently two of us in the flat, aged 24 and 25: one PhD student and one working professional. We mainly just want someone who's clean and laid back. As long as you're not screaming at 2am or wanting dead silence after midnight, we'll get on great. Also looking for someone who's down for a laugh and on good vibes!
Please contact us on here to arrange a viewing if needed. Council tax is £75 per person and per month.
The place is in a good area, right by Tower Bridge, a 10-minute walk to London Bridge station and around 7 minutes to Bermondsey station. Open to guys and girls. The available room has a double bed and a wardrobe.
The current tenant is moving out, so the move-in date is the 11th or 12th of December.
