Small Double - Tower Bridge

Small double room (East facing), just a few mins walk from Tower Bridge and the River. There's a small Sainsbury's, M&S and large Tesco all within 5-7 min walking distance, with lots of pubs, WatchHouse coffee shops (my fav), Druid Street, Bermondsey Street all nearby. Closest stations are London Bridge (8 min walk) and Tower Hill (15 min) and lots of buses nearby! Super well connected and everything you need is on your doorstep.

It's a three double bed flat with a bathroom, galley kitchen and large living room on the third floor of an apartment block. Looking for a sociable and tidy flatmate to join and really make it a home. Hoping we can invest in the living room and make it a place we all want to hang out and watch TV or have dinner together!

I'm 31, originally from London, work in Tourism Operations and love having a chinwag, going to gym and keeping active, going for a pint, pub quiz, eating out, watching sports and some good series and generally just being sociable! Have my own life and friends etc but don't want to be passing ships in the hallway! Will be good to have a balance.

Open to either a boy and a girl or two girls. If you know anyone, defo open to letting them check out the other room! Ideally looking for a professional in mid-late 20s or early 30s. Estate agents are very good and responsive and landlord fixes problems quickly with some small furniture renovation work to be done soon to the flat like cupboards/new shower etc.

It's a 12 month rolling contract and there will be a £50 tenancy fee (that all of us have paid when we took over from a previous tenant). Deposit around £770 l believe and bills are anywhere between £90-130 depending on time of year. Comes with bed and hanging clothes frame and can negotiate price with flatmate leaving if you wanted to keep them. She may sell her desk as well!

Move-in date is flexible, but rent is taken on the 18th of every month so flatmate would prefer Feb 18th move in date however she can accommodate until end of Feb. Any Qs, lemme know, will hold viewings over the next two weeks! 🍻
