Double Room - Tower Bridge

Double Room (South Facing) - Lots of natural light, one window with view of the shard and lots of space. Painted recently and comes with huge 3 door Ikea wardrobe

just a few mins walk from Tower Bridge and the River. There's a small Sainsbury's, M&S and large Tesco all within 5-7 min walking distance, with lots of pubs, coffee shops, Druid Street, Bermondsey Street all nearby. Closest stations are London Bridge (8 min walk) and Tower Hill (15 min) and lots of buses nearby! Super well connected and everything you need is on your doorstep.

It's a three double bed flat with a bathroom, kitchen and living room on the third floor of an apartment block. Looking for a sociable and tidy flatmate to join and really make it a home - I’m moving out and you’ll be living with Jo (31F) and Melanie (27F)! (I was the spareroom maestro before which is why it’s on my account - I’m leaving to move in with my gf!)

We would love someone who is sociable and would like house pub trips, dinner or watching stuff together as we don’t wanna be passing ships in the hallway but also respectful of each others space (that Spareroom cliche!)

Ideally looking for a professional in mid 20s or early 30s. Estate agents are very good and responsive and landlord fixes problems quickly.

Tenancy is going up by £25 each in December so will be £830 and there will be a £50 tenancy fee (that all of us have paid when we took over from a previous tenant). Deposit around £750 l believe and bills are around £120 depending on time of year. I also paid water yearly so there will be a £103 water bill to cover until April when moving in.
