Spacious 2-bed flat in an amazing, central location on a quiet residential street in the desirable Shad Thames area. Lots of lovely shops, restaurants and cafés nearby, with excellent transport links and the best of London right on your doorstep.

The room is large and fully furnished, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. The flat has one bathroom and a comfortable living space.

You’ll be sharing with a friendly, tidy couple – one working in finance and one currently studying. We both have busy schedules and are often out for work/study, so the flat is usually quiet with a relaxed, easy-going atmosphere.

Rent does not include bills. We also have a cleaner once a month, which is shared and very affordable.

Ideally looking to sublet December–March, although dates are flexible. We’d ideally suit a working professional in their 20s who is clean, considerate and easy-going.
