Ensuite double room by Tower Bridge

Looking for a new tenant to take over my room in a great two bed/two bath flat just around the corner from Tower Bridge from around mid-November. We have a fully fitted kitchen and a lovely spacious living room with a balcony. The flat also comes with a parking space in the secure car park, my flatmate doesn't have a car so you could have it to yourself. The location has been amazing for me - easy walking distance to the City for work, close to the Jubilee and District lines plus trains from London Bridge. It's a really fantastic flat - I've lived here for two and a half years and loved it, only leaving because I'm moving in with my girlfriend. My flatmate Lloyd is a friendly guy in his mid-20s, very tidy and easy to live with. The letting agency who manages the contract will only effect a change of tenancy effective 1st December but there's some flexibility to move in from mid November with an informal arrangement. Hoping to do viewings ASAP.
